Introduction

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 300 g fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta; drain and reserve.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden; remove.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic briefly.
- Add cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until thick.
- Add chicken and pasta, toss well.
